Today, I feel grateful for…

Weekend adventures.

It’s the feeling of freedom I get when I realize the only thing on my agenda is enjoying the natural world and seeing where the wind takes me - totally restorative!! (BONUS points for wave watching on the agenda!!)

I feel the gratitude concentrated in my upper chest and throat.

How to join me with this simple hypnotic gratitude practice:

  1. Take a deep breath. What do you feel grateful for right now - big or small?

  2. Close your eyes, internalize it, really feel it. Where do you feel it in your body?

  3. Stay with the feeling for a few moments. Let it land, expand, and settle into your cells.

Now externalize it - share your gratitude and any insights/reflections in a comment below, or on Instagram!

I’m a certified hypnotist, musician, and nature nerd who helps people calibrate their minds for less stress, deeper resilience, and real freedom - reminding you here that you are infinitely more powerful than you think. When not hypnotizing humans, I’m likely out in the boonies hiking and philosophizing.
