Today, I feel grateful for…
My life - all of it.
It’s a really big feeling today. All the highs and lows, all the bliss and pain, all the contracted and expanded states, every bit of it - it’s all culminated in NOW (and while this is a nice conceptual anchor point, I am really feeling the reality of this one today).
I feel the gratitude concentrated in my heart and head.
How to join me with this simple hypnotic gratitude practice:
Take a deep breath. What do you feel grateful for right now - big or small?
Close your eyes, internalize it, really feel it. Where do you feel it in your body?
Stay with the feeling for a few moments. Let it land, expand, and settle into your cells.
